Lianne Castelino

Co-founder and Director

An award-winning journalist, strategist and entrepreneur, Lianne began her career at The Weather Network, then spent over a decade at CTV Montreal as a reporter and anchor in news and sports —- ultimately living her dream as a sports broadcaster — one of the first women in Canada in the role.

Her experience spans major Canadian newsrooms—including CTV, Global, Sun Media and RogersTV—and communications roles across healthcare, education, nonprofit, and corporate settings, leading strategy and shaping impactful narratives.

She is the founder of Where Parents Talk, a trusted source for evidence-based parenting information, and co-founder of
Distill Designs, a purpose-driven creative design firm. 

Fuelled by curiosity and a growth mindset, Lianne thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and impact.

She is driven by a deep commitment to service, helping others believe in their potential, and in effecting positive change.

Lianne is married and a mother of three young adults.

Veronika Roux-Vlachova

Veronika is an accomplished arts and finance professional whose career bridges modern and contemporary art with global finance. Shaped by international experience in Montreal, Paris, Prague, and on Wall Street, she brings a cross-cultural perspective to her work.

An accredited art appraiser with the International Society of Appraisers, she is known for connecting diverse communities and fostering dialogue among artistic circles across the Americas and Europe.

As founder of VRV Strategy, she spent 15 years focused on transformative human capital development, helping professionals discover and fulfill their career purpose through candidate assessment, strategic goal setting, and performance evaluation. Her proprietary methodologies enable organizations to align individual aspirations with organizational objectives and support sustainable growth.

Veronika divides her time between Montreal, Paris, Prague, London, and Toronto. She is married and a mother of four.
